Rules of Conduct for volunteers
- Professionalism: Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times when representing the Jesse Madsen Memorial Ride.
- Teamwork: Volunteers should work cooperatively with other volunteers, event organizers, and participants.
- Responsibility: Volunteers are responsible for understanding and fulfilling their assigned roles and tasks.
- Safety: Volunteers should prioritize safety at all times and adhere to safety guidelines provided during orientation.
- Confidentiality: Volunteers must respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants and fellow volunteers.
- Attire: Volunteers should dress appropriately for their assigned roles, which may include wearing provided volunteer shirts or identification.
- No Alcohol or Drugs: Volunteers are prohibited from consuming alcohol or drugs while on duty.
- Conflict Resolution: In the event of conflicts or concerns, volunteers should bring them to the attention of a volunteer coordinator or event organizer for resolution.
